This happened to me on a customers van about 4 years ago. I read codes and just swapped the misfiring cylinders coil and plug with another cylinder on the other bank and the issue was gone. By doing this, if the misfire moved I would have known it was either that coil or plug.
I just changed the coils and spark plugs. Car shakes and doesnt want to accelerate.
