Check fuel pressure at rail to see if it's fuel related

Mine did the same thing, found a Ford service bulletin online, told the Ford dealer about it, it is a fuse in the front engine fuse box that needs to be relocated. https://static.oemdtc.com/TSB/15-0137.pdf
