Too lean bank 1 (it only has one bank) most likely a vacuum leak. Check that your PCV is connected, both ends. You can try cleaning MAF, or could be fuel pressure regulator. The Trac Off light ignore. Toyota seems to have an issue with that coming on whenever any code is thrown
