2002 dodge Dakota Squeaking

Truck is making a sqeaking noise while driving , and
when turning right it seems to get. Louder and
more constant

squeaking, squealing, grinding. different sounds for different issues. Check brake pads and rotors. When you turn you are usually apply the brakes to slow into the turn. There is a metal plate that rubs the rotor prior to getting down to the rivets of the pad itself, at which point you done damage to the rotors. when you get down to the rotor its a grinding sound. squealing could be a belt too, but not sure what it would soud in the turn. Power steering pump bad or low fluid. Those are my guessing. I hope this helps
