my 2002 Dodge Durango will not crank at all the starter will engage but will not spin it's got a new starter and new battery what could it be

I drove it home one day put it in his parking spot and it would not start went and crank wouldn't turn over nothing I changed the starter and battery and still the same thing the starter just clicks

try getting a jump then let me know what happens. also make sure your battery terminals are tight
