BMW 535i purchase

Question type: General

So I found a nice looking BMW 535I that looks
good, haven't been able to see it in person yet as I
am overseas. It has 112k miles on the 3.0l Inline
turbo fully loaded. What kind of maintenance can I
expect to see around that mileage? Eng mounts?
Brakes around? What else do I not know about
German engineering? Brainstorm with me please.
I'm expecting to roll this thing till the wheels fall
off. Is it a good one to take the distance?

You can expect to have your water pump fail 500 dollars plus labor.the engine coolant resovoir tank are prone to popping after 5 years .idler pulley and tensioner becomes noisy with a rattle needing replacement.the gaskets on the engine head cover will be leaking @110-120 thousands miles expensive to replace more than 800 dollars.the oil filter and oil cooler gasket are prone to leak oil that's another 450 dollars.i owned a 535i xDrive 2011 for 4 years expensive cars to maintained when service is needed. Good luck
