Hi, try searching for "e38 amp" on ebay and you will find more than a dozen good used one at $200 and up. Make sure the year and model (DSP or non-DSP, etc.) is the closest to yours before committing to buy one. You may still have to have the unit initiated by the dealer or independent mechanics who have the software to reprogram the amp (they tuypically charge <$95 for the job). Goiod luck.
