A Dodge Intrepid is a little unique in that the next step, after battery and alternator change, the next thing to check is the voltage regulator. Some Intrepid's the regulator is internal in the alternator. Many the regulator is built in to the ECU. Ok, your new alternator is still not charging so you apparently have the kind in the ECU. But geez..they are expensive, best deal I could find is at: http://carcomputerexchange.com/dodge/intrepid/2002-02-dodge-intrepid-ecm-pcm-engine-control-module/prod_166.html....$200. Except eBay and you don't know what you're getting, could be somebody pawning off a bad one. that happens..and you are stuck with it. Maybe you can have yours tested....not sure
