Why are my new wiper motors not working. I replaced both

passenger wiper motor stopped working  drivers side works once and stops
I replaced both motors and now doing samething

Could be a junk part or the multi function switch ,Buy OEM parts at the dealer I know it will costs more but in the end if you plan on keeping the car it'll be worth it Any other symptoms ? A cheap multi meter is useful for electrical problems
