Heating/ Defrost issue on Drivers side

I am having the same issue as
several others. When I turn on the
heater it blows cold air on the drivers
side and warm air on the passengers
side.  I watched the video but my
2013 Ford Edge dash looks
completing different then this 2013
Ford Edge.  I do not have these same
settings/buttons. Any advice?
