4x4 binds

2001 Dakota 4x4 has a bind in 4x4. New half shafts and new front drive shaft, cv joint and front ujoint were bad. Feels like the front tires are skipping when in gear, no noise, just very hard bind or drag. Transfer case or front differencial?

Bad front differencial makes tires jump, 1/2 in. play in shaft outside bearing in diff was bad.
