engine oil sparking from oil gaze

I have hyundai elantra 1.8sxmodel and it has 47000km running but now I have
seen oil is coming out from the oil dip gaze  what may be the reason.

As I do not know what an oil dip gaze is I’m going to take a stab in the dark. Oil blowing up anything is usually an internal engine problem, broken or worn rings, cracked piston, crank case vents plugged, PCV system inoperative.
