Missing after filling up on gas .

Why does my 2013 Dodge dart start missing
when I fill up the gas tank? Runs great all the
other time.

It may need a new emissions vapor purge valve. It vents gasoline fumes to the engine when commanded by the ECU. It is a normally closed valve and if leaky or open while fueling it will cause hard starting or missing for a brief time.
