If you unplug fan relay, is terminal 30 hot, use a test light? If so, use jumper wire between t30 and t87, the fan should run, does it? If so, the wiring circuit and fan itself should be ok. Then check control side of relay, terminals 85 and 86, those terminals are voltage and ground, need both to energize relay. The coolant temp sensor lets the computer know about engine temp, then computer usually grounds the control side of fan relay, when needed. Any applicable trouble codes? What I have posted are the basics, in my opinion.
