SRX Key Fob went through washing machine

Accidentally left my 2013 SRX Key Fob in a
pair of jeans pocket and it went three the
washing machine. I can start the car by
putting the fob in the center console
transmitter pocket but the remote functions
don’t work. Suggestions please?

Change out battery. Leave battery out awhile. Be sure circuitry is absolutely dry before reinserting battery. Try it. If it still does not work the circuitry could be fried and you’ll need a replacement.
