Why does car start up without pressing the break pedal

Question type: General

Everytime I press the push start button
Without pressing the break pedal the whole
car turns on I’m trying to turn on the radio
only but when I don’t have my foot on the
brake and press the push start once the whole
car turns on

Same issue. AND the car is in limp mode with no check engine light on. Brand new brake switch installed, so it is not that. Any answers?
