13 2.5i ouback cvt transmission

I need to replace the cvt transmission. Does it have
to be from a 2013 or will another year fit?

I’m quite sure 11 12 13 are the same. Check with the salvage yard that your buying from to make sure. These CVT transmissions are starting to get scarce and the price is going up. When you find one ,get a warranty with it . Drive it for a couple of Months ,trade the car in don’t sell it outright,don’t look back.let it be some one else's issue Sorry but that’s the truth of these cars. Good luck

11-12-13 fit I think The salvage yArd will know for sure. These CVT transmissions are getting scarce. Trade the car in one it is fixed,don’t sell it outright so you have a guilty conscience.these transmissions are junk.period. Sorry but thats the truth and I can prove my point with anyone who will argue. Good luck
