I'm having similar issues with my truck, I was thinking control value but feel it's the pressure switch because it will idle down when turning wheel in park or just starting to move! But as soon i started to push pedal it seems like nothing is wrong with it! Belt is tight, fluid looks dirty will change it, but it's has near full reservoir and the pump doesn't make a noises.
