Car running hot

I changed the clap on the hose cause it came
loose and put more antifreeze in it but it's still
running hot. The fan is blowing so I don't know
what else to do. Can you help me please.

Thanks for responding but I don't have any errors showing that something is wrong so I'll take your advice and take it to an auto part store and see if they can figure it out
