CAN YOU DO AN ST SWAP ON 2013 FOCUS SE
I AM PLAYING WITH THE IDEA OF EITHER GETTING A TURBO KIT FOR
MT SE OR JUST GETTING A COMPLETE ST DRIVE LINE (ENGINE AND
TRANS) WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GO ABOUT THIS? I'M ASSUMING
IF I DID THE ST SWAP I WOULD NEED NEW INJECTORS, COMPUTER,
POSSIBLY FUEL PUMP, INTAKE. JUST TRYING TO GET AND IDEA OF
WHERE TO GO WITH THIS

You'd probably get more answers in a Ford performance forum than here, I'm sure someone out there has tried this and can advise on their experience. As long as you got the $$$, anything is possible.
the turbo kit will not work. ford used an aluminum block for the se models and a different head, injectors, fuel pump, and even the dished pistons are different. best bet is a full on swap. Got a Ford master tech and race car builder as a friend. I've been grilling him on the best way to get a turbo in my 14 focus se but the swap is the best way to go. The good news he shared with me is that the swap will be easy as childs play. All of the holes are predrilled and threaded to accept the parts between both cars. no changing locations or custom drilling. hope this helps. :)
Which ST years are compatible with a 2012 SE sedan?
