Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hey, I have a dodge 99 Dakota that runs perfect, turns on perfect, however
after it's started and running for about 10+ minutes and shut off I can't turn it
back on for about 30-60 minutes after shutdown.

I have swapped all the relays and the issue is still happening.

Does it turn over ? Do you smell gas ? Does this every time ?

Yes, it turns over, I don't smell gas, however I don't smell gas usually unless I am filling the tank. It will eventually start after it cools down or sits for at least 30 minutes. It does this almost 80% of the time. When it starts, it starts right up on the first turn over so it's got no issue starting.

same as any no start problem , check for proper spark and fuel pressure , are the injectors firing ? If you want bleed the fuel rail when this happens see if that helps , if it does replace fuel pressure regulator . Don't start any fires
