Fuel in Oil pan

with the fuel pump in the gas tank how can fuel still get inside the oil pan+

If it's flooding the gas can go past the piston rings into the oil or if you have injectors leaking same problem

tennisshoes didn't think about the canister and I've been having a problem with a vehicle that floods and checked everything but that. I will now.
