Check for supply voltage at the fuel pump. If you have voltage at key on the pump is likely bad. Sometimes hitting the fuel tank with a large rubber mallet will get a stuck pump going again, but it will soon fail. Also if the fuel pump is bad consider a genuine Dodge replacement part. Some of the aftermarket replacement parts at the parts stores are just junk.

I did replace and put a new fuel pump in the truck it's still doing the same thing no start fuel pump won't even make a noise. All fuses are good

Did you ever figure it out? I'm having the same exact issue. I even took the fuel pump out, removed it from the assembly and tested it alone and it worked fine. I tested the wiring on the assembly and the wiring was good. I rest the wiring from the truck to the pump and it gets 12 volts at the turn of the key then drops to zero. It's really frustrating
