Will European synthetic oil be ok in my 2000 Dakota 4.7 ?

I mistakenly put European synthetic oil in my 2000 Dakota 4.7 will
it harm engine ?

Out of curiosity what oil did you put in it?

My guess would be Mobil1 0w30 or 5w40. It won't hurt anything.
