2004 Ford ranger. Sound system buzzes

I have a Pioneer FH-X700BT and when I turn my truck on there is a constant
humming sound in the background. when I accelerate it intensifies. and when i
turn the car off It gets quieter but more ear piercing. I have to Flicker the lights
or tap the breaks to get it to stop. Anyone know the problem?
(I don't think I got the trim right, Its some kind of tremor

I see a couple of problems here, one the noise suppressors are kaput on the truck, so either replace them or my choice would be get an aftermarket whole system suppression unit. I've had a similar problem with amplifiers and late model vehicles, as these have a system that is constantly alive the amp picks up these signals and broadcasts them or in some cases turn them selves on and off in a cycle, I have had to install a solenoid to turn off the amplifier when the key is turned off so they don't get the feedback.
