What would be the best year and make to buy a used CRV?

I will be moving to Colorado for the winter and need an automatic car that I can rely on in the snow.  I have a Toyota Camry now and love it...but worried about the snow.

I have a Camry and an outback Subaru. I live in Kansas and we get a lot of ice and snow. I have found the Subaru performs a heck a lot better. I have friends in CO and AK and they recommend the Subaru.

CRV's are part time all wheel drive and not as good in the snow as a Subaru that has full time AWD. I live in snow country and there are a lot of Subaru's but you don't see many CRV's, RAV4's or Escapes as they are all part time all wheel drive as far as I know.
