Car wont crank. What should i check

Hi everyone,
My 2013 corolla wont crank/start. It would make a clicking
sound and even the headlights wont turn on. I have
checked the alternator and battery. They both are good.
I replaced it with another battery and turned on the
headlights, they did turn on but as soon as i tried to crank
the car, everything went dead. Couldn't even turn on the
headlights..

Whenever i jump the car, it would start..so not sure what is
the problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
