I'm selling a used car (salvaged title!) I had an excited buyer, and I prematurely filled out the Transfer of Title information- on the back of the Title in preparation for the sale! Today, I learned that the buyer changed his mind and the sale fell-through. Can I cross out or white out the information on the back of the Title for a different buyer, or do I have to go through the long, drawn out process of getting a duplicate title?
