Anyone know what makes a clunking noise in my steering column.

My 2013 tacoma 4x4 double cab has a clunking noise when I travel over a rough patch(s) in the road.  Fixed once already.  Feels like something knocking in area under steering wheel.  Any ideas.  I can actually feel it in the steering wheel when it happens.

being a 2013 it should be under warranty. take it to the dealer.
