Can the tires be made to angle straight up instead of angling in ?

Front tires need to have caster and camber and toe in, in order for the car to drive right. If you made the front tires straight up it would not track well or handle right.

The fronts are ok. Sorry for not being more specific. The rear wore out in 3000. About 1.5 on the inside is smooth.

Get a 4 wheel alignment. It is also possible that your car is overloaded or that the springs are sagging.
