Key will not turn off

I have a 2013 jetta tdi, manual. It will
not turn off! They key seems to be
stucked. I was able to "kill it" letting
go of the clutch while in gear and
then i disconnected the battery, no
changes. Please advise!

call 888-327-4236 and file a complained with the national highway traffic administration. trying to get a recall going.Even if you got this fixed, if there is a recall started you will get your money back
