2013 Honda CrV. Brake Warning indicator on.

2013 Honda CrV. Brake Warning indicator came on, I checked and it
needed fluid. Filled it up but light is still on. Anything major? It's a
lease due in two months, don't want to put money into it if I don't have
to!

Just sounds like the brake pads are low and just needs to be replaced. Have a brake job done.
