I have a 2004 ranger 4x4 with a 4.0.

While facing under the hood a loud squeeking from the right side by the pulleys What would cause this? Idler pulley Tensioner  and belt have been changed

Take a bar of soap and touch it to the edge of your belt. Let the belt dig into the soap a bit. If the noise disappears, then it is just a noisy belt. If the noise persists, I would say the one of your pulleys has dry bearings and is in need of a change.

alternator bearing dry will have a shrill high pitch, with the belt off, turn each component alt, air pump ect and look for play, if you don't enjoy doing all those little tasks, simply take a length of heater hose and listen threw around the running pulleys ,
