Question type: Maintenance & Repair

my '83 Toyota has been giving me some problems recently. every-time i go put gas n run
it after, it dies out on me when i come to a complete stop. I am curious as to see maybe if
my carburetor has to be adjusted or if anyone has any info as to why this could be
happening, your help and advice will be greatly appreciated.

I found some other forums on this problem. The two most common problems were the fuel filter or the fuel shut off solenoid. If replacing the fuel filter didn't cure it, try by passing the fuel shutoff solenoid.
