2013 Maxima push button won’t start

The push button won’t start. I have had it towed 9-10 times and when it comes off of the tow truck it starts. Nissan can’t diagnose it because when it gets dropped off to them it starts. It’s not battery or brake switch. I know there was a recall on 2009 Electronic column steering lock but unless they diagnose it they won’t cover it. Any idea what else it could be ?

I'm having the same problem on my 2013 Maxima, made an appt with the dealership for tomorrow, hopefully they find the problem

Turned out to be a bad battery, haven't had this issue since I replaced it with a new one.
