93 dakota 3.9 auto. replaced O2 sensor still getting 27 code idle and stall, tough start

need code listings...getting a 27 code  hard start and stalls .  starts easy when cold

I replaced the EGR, AIC, TPS, O2 sensor, fuel filter , plugs and wites all injectors , adjusted throttle spring. and finally fixed it with replacing the ECU...the truck was in a minor accident and I think there was a problem with a board.. the plug into the ECU was cleaned too ...it purrs now
