Hello dodgedaddy-- The fuel filter on your 1993 Dodge Ramcharger is under the truck. Look on the driver's side, just below the bed area. On the driver's side of the fuel tank you will see it mounted on a frame rail in the fuel line. If you have any further questions at all you know you can contact me at any time of day or night. I know everything. Keep the mail coming. Good luck from Bovan.
Hey dodgedaddy. I couldn't confirm this on the web about your model year, but at points (and in some models) they were putting those filters in the tank (brilliant). You need to take a look at the Chilton's for your Ramcharger. That will, in addition to the location, have a troubleshooting guide for fuel-related issues which may save you some work if the problem turns out to be something else. You can probably find that Chilton's at your local library but if not try your local bookstore or parts place. A quick call to the parts desk at your local Dodge dealer will probably get you the location of the filter and an idea about the procedure for switching it out, but you should (if you haven't) make sure that that's where the problem lies. Good luck!
