The brake rotors have run out (out of spec) this causes the brake pads to oscillate = creates the pulsing feel in the brake pedal the faster the speed the more you will notice this. Replace rotors and inspect the pads.
The car is a Honda certified dealer purchase the car 33,000 + miles
