ABS / Stabilatrack lights on.

Asked by Guru9TBQ Mar 19, 2017 at 03:49 PM about the 2014 Chevrolet Impala 2LT FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Coming home from work I had to slam
on the brakes to avoid hitting a car that
cut in front of me to make a turn. But
the next day we went out and the ABS
and the Stabilatrack lights came on and
now they well not go off. The car drives
and brakes fine ,so why are the lights
on and how do I fix this?

Did the code reader 1) P0496 7E8 : Fixed that by replacing the gas cap. 2) 7EB : Not sure what that one is. But I did not see anything about the brakes
