Kis soul 2014 couple off months its paid off. It will be 6 yrs since i had it

Last week i started up my car. It dident
want to start the road hazard light
came on and the RBM it was stuck on
0 ..i drove it for awhile nothing the light
is still on the RBM wont move from
O.So i stopped the car and restarted
the car started lights are off and
theRBM is normal...its been doing this
to me already 2 weeks?? Is it another
recalls..I think the owners thats made
kia cars owe us a brand new car??

You drove it for 6 years and now you want a new car at the first sign of a problem? That is not going to happen. Are you talking about the tachometer (RPM)?
