Gotta have a bad connection then, clean battery terminals, and ground wires,
Battery terminals were cleaned.Ground wire was also cleaned.
Check main fuses? And you know for sure the battery is good...just have to ask. Manual or automatic?
Actually pulled the battery, took it to Autozone and had it tested. Neighbor then also tested it. Battery was good (less then a year old. It's a 4 speed manual.
Battery cables with add on ends can be a real source of problems due to internal corrosion. I don't know what you have but if the battery is good then it has to be wiring. There should be an accessory hot wire, if it is not hooked up or damaged then nothing will work.
Pull a fuse from fuse box, on a circuit which does not work. Now check for twelve volts at the contact point inside the box. If you do not have 12 volts, begin checking backward toward the battery.
The mechanic found a wiring harness that rubbed against the alternator and welded itself to the alternator bracket. That shorted out everything. Thanks for all your suggestions!
