I have a 2014 Chevy Cruze and for the past few
months I’ve had issues with the stabilitrak, traction
control. It comes and goes randomly. I’m not sure
how to fix this or why it happens..

Check the continuity of your speed sensor. this we can find out if the speed sensor which is the most common or you're having a problem with your wheel bearing. Some speed sensors are part of the wheel bearing and some are separate, it depends on the year.
