Does anyone know why this is happening?
When I put gas in my 2014 Chevy Cruz
I have to pump the gas pedal while
turning the key to get it started.

sounds like there's an evap valve/solenoid at the fill tube that allows gas into the purge line flooding the engine , Don't fill the tank and hold the peddle to the floor instead of pumping it I think that cancels any injector pulse . You're not pumping anything , it's not a carburetor
