89 3.9L v6 Dodge Dakota starting problem

I have a 89 Dakota 2wd 3.9 v6 it was running
sluggish so I changed the spark plugs only then it
would crank and idle fine but when I put it in gear it
would shut off so I was trying to up the idle screw
and slipped hit the throttle and it backfired and
shot out black smoke shut off and haven't crunk
since, I changed the wires distributer cap and
ignition coil, still no crank what tf is the problem is
it a fuel shut off switch? Please help I'm losing jobs
because I can't get to work

When I was trying to crank it my partner told me it was sparked from the throttle body so I didn't wanna mess nothing up so no
