2000 dodge Dakota 4.7

Well my coil pack on number 7 keeps burning up
and melting the obd2 scanner just says high
voltage on o2 sensor bank 1 I havnt fixed the o2
sensor but replaced parts that I was told that was
the problem for the coil pack witch was pcm and
it's still just melting the coil and missing can
anyone help? Is it the o2 sensor???

The only thing that comes to mind is to check the sparkplug at #7. Sometimes when a plug is worn out, the gap will increase so much is won't spark at the gap. It will spark internally at the coil causing it arc and burn itself out. The other plugs may be ready to do the same. Take a look see.
