2014 Ford Escape not Work

I have a 2014 Ford Escape titanium, and  the
radio does not work. I can connect my phone to
bluetooth but no music plays, cannot switch
from AM-FM, but the voice thing where it
speaks to you works. We believe it is the ACM.
Is there any other options to be able to play
music in this car as do not want to spend the
money currently to pay for The ACM as we are
hoping to get another vehicle eventually?
I’ve tried the transmitter that plugs into the
cigarette lighter part but still did not work.
I just want to be able to listen to music in the
car!
