Will an oil pan off a 1997 crown victoria fit onto a
2010 crown victoria motor?

Yes as long as its the same size engine...

Those are two different generations of the Crown Victoria so it is likely that the pans are different but you can compare them and see.

I'm asking if it will for clearance issues I have a 2010 pi motor in it and did not swap the oil pans and now I have a leak due to the oil pan rubbing the cross member so I assume if a 97 will bolt on that will fix my problem plus new much needed motor mounts?

The proper pan for the year car should work. Make sure the oil pump pickup is in the right place for the pan.
