locks, trunk and fuel door not working

My locks, trunk and fuel door release have stopped
working. I have an aftermarket keyless entry
system that still works the locks and trunk but i
need to be able to do it with the switchs in the car.  
I have removed the drivers door and confurmed
that i have the blue door lock/window module.
Grounds appear to be good. Im at a loss. Plesse
help

separate fuses for switch and keyfob check your fuses most of those also run off ciggerate lighter fuse check that fuse first

All fuses are good. Keyless system works fine. Just the buttons in the car dont work

take the switch off take a tail light bulb or any small 12v bulb or test light u may have and touch one side to ground and other back probe into connector if u have no power to the switch go to fuse test at fuse no power to fuse something with the pcm that controls those devices.
