Unplug the light switch are they on now? If yes replace switch if no get a wiring diagram see which fuses you need to check there's a fuse block under dash and under hood there's a headlite relay in the underhood fuse block you can swap that relay with another with the same number if they work then you got it, the dimmer switch rarely goes bad hope this helps
