from left to right when I'm up in speed . I didn't get
winter tires and I have 2 cylinder blocks in my trunk
for weight . I just wanted to know what could
cause that ?

3,800

I think you meant cinder blocks an 8 inch block weights about 56 LBS each 112 pounds total a 12 inch block is about 86 LBS 172 LBS not nearly enough weight to make any difference to improve traction You would need at least 500 LBS of sand tubes to make any noticeable difference in traction As far as the wobble have the susependsion checked for bad wheel bearings , tie rod ends inner & out , bad ball joints and the like . PS leave the cinder blocks sit beside the garage and not in the trunk
